CHILDREN'S SERVICES Case Manager - ECDT: Be part of a brand new program providing positive behavioral services in a therapeutic environment to children in our care. This position provides play (floor-time), home visits, basic hygiene (including toilet & diaper) feeding and working with parents while reinforcing the goals of the treatment plan. Must be able to work with adults and children alike, provide collaborative services to children and parents while working with community resource providers and participating as part of a cohesive team.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field and one year of experience working with pre-school children required. RELIEF WORKERS - ECDT Per-Diem, As needed, Part-Time, Full-Time: Provide basic hygiene and therapeutic services to children in our care, as needed during staff vacations, call-outs and shortages. Follows and reinforces a treatment plan and works closely with community resources, parents, children and NCCMHC staff.
Bachelor's Degree or Child Care Certification preferred.
ADULT SERVICES Case Manager - Mobile Treatment Team:
Performs general case management activities for adults who are behaviorally disabled and have demonstrated the ability to maintain independence in the community with supervision and support from NCCMHC. Provides counseling with the goal of reducing symptoms and enhancing quality of life. Acts as mediator, liaison and advocate between families, community agencies and other health care providers.
BA / BS Degree in related field required.
This is a community based position.
Hours are: 4 days 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 1 day 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm 1 weekend based on rotation 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Rotate holidays, as need 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Registered Nurse:
Provides direct service for PHO and Residential Programs. Promotes professional psychiatric/mental health nursing services to adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness. Provides assistance to case managers so that clients are stabilized and may be maintained in the community in the most independent and least restrictive manner.
RI Registered Nurse license required, BSN with previous psychiatric nursing training or experience preferred. Must be QMHP eligible. NEW GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED T O APPLY
Registered Nurse - Emergency Services, Part-Time:
Provide professional, psychiatric nursing services to clients who are experiencing psychiatric emergencies; interacts with individuals, families, groups, community agencies and organizations. Interview, assess, evaluate, provide crisis counseling and treatment planning, offer recommendations and assist clients, as needed.
RN licensed required, BSN preferred.

EMERGENCY SERVICES - Clinician, Part-Time:
Provide professional, psychiatric services to clients who are experiencing psychiatric emergencies, interacts with individuals, families, groups, community agencies and organizations. Interview, assess, evaluate, provide crisis counseling and treatment planning, offer recommendations and assist clients, as needed.
Master's Degree is Social Work required along with 2 years of professional experience.
Substance Abuse Specialist / Case Manager SUPERVISOR:
Provides intensive case management services for a case load of approximately 10 clients who are both mentally disabled and substance abusers with the ultimate goal of reducing symptoms and enhancing quality of life. Acts as mediator, advocate and service coordinator between clients, their families and community resources. Also provides supervision to Case Managers.
Master's Degree in related field and 1-2 years of experience. LCDP preferred.
